The Institute for Future Conflict is changing the way the Air Force Academy prepares Air Force and Space Force officers with new initiatives focused on the future and yet-to-be-defined fight. To better anticipate that future, the Academy is ramping up several academic opportunities to equip cadets with the skills required to succeed in the air, space and cyber domains as military officers. Cadets can gain security clearance, conduct research with faculty, and learn from the nation’s experts in topics such as logistics, space policy and emerging technologies. The nation's future security and stability depend on its ability to train and equip the next generation of leaders — to serve with integrity and agility, to anticipate and confront future conflict.
