USAFA Cadet Drum & Bugle Corps

The USAFA Drum & Bugle Corps is looking forward to another exciting year of representing the Academy at events across the country, including a planned trip to New Orleans for a Mardi Gras parade. To make this possible, donors can provide support for travel expenses such as hotels, meals and flights. If you’ve ever sung along with the corps at halftime or stood proudly as they played the National Anthem at a game, please consider donating to support the cadets who bring music and spirit to the entire Cadet Wing.

Background

Since 1971, the USAFA Drum & Bugle Corps has been a part of cadet life, performing at football, basketball, volleyball and hockey games; noon meal formation; and more. The corps' mission is to represent the Academy through musical support while fostering esprit de corps and developing future Air Force and Space Force officers. Over the years, D&B has provided outreach across the globe, with performances in Canada, Ireland, New Orleans and other locations.

Club Accomplishments

The corps has proudly represented the Academy at prestigious events such as presidential inaugurations, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the Tournament of Roses, and Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies. Recently, the corps performed at Colorado ski resorts and in Ireland, spreading the spirit of the Long Blue Line. Each year, they travel thousands of miles to perform at Academy home and away athletic events.
